Satan

Satan is real. He wants nothing more
than to keep you from an honest relationship with Jesus Christ.
As long as we are seeking God for what He can do for us, we are cheapening our relationship with Him. Satan is subtle in his deceptions, and will use your circumstances to keep you from that desired relationship with God. As long as your mind is on your circumstances and in trying to fix things, it cannot be with God. Learn to train your mind on Jesus Christ. Take every obstacle to Him. Seek His presence and His will. It's hard, but this is a spiritual battle.  |

Ephesians 6:10-12 - Be strong in the Lord and in his
mighty power. Put on the full armor of God so that you can take
your stand against the devil's schemes. For our struggle is not
against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the
authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against
the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms. Ephesians 4:27 - do not give the devil a foothold Hebrews 2:14 - Since the children have flesh and blood, he too shared in their humanity so that by His death he might destroy him who holds the power of death - that is, the devil. 1 John 3:7-8 - Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. He who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous. He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil's work. 1 John 5:18 - We know that anyone born of God does not continue to sin; the one who was born of God keeps him safe, and the evil one cannot harm him. |
